Horse and Hound reported today about how a Fellow of the British Horse Society (BHS) has been cleared by a tribunal in Glasgow and awarded £26,000 following his unfair dismissal by Kingsbarn Equestrian Centre.

The British Grooms Association was pleased to be given the opportunity to comment on this news and said , " It is a legal requirement for an employer to give a contract, and the horseworld has to embrace this. It is an equal responsibility for the employer and employee to modernise."
