Lynn Swift wins Mountain Horse Care Prize
26 year old Lynne Swift was the winner of the Burghley 2007 Horse Care Prize, which is kindly sponsored by Mountain Horse. Lynn is based in North Yorkshire and has worked for Nicola Wilson for 4 years.
"This my 3rd Burghley grooming, explained Lynn, "and I had heard about the prize, but I thought I had no chance of winning it, everyone here is so professional! It is great for grooms to be recognised as they all work so hard and the standards are so high, there can't be a lot between us."
Lynn has won £200 and a swanky new outfit including new boots, jacket, fleece and accessories - all kindly donated by Mountain Horse.
2nd prize was awarded to Ami Vowells, who grooms for Beanie Sturgis.
