Understanding transport regulations can be a complicated task. In order to address this a new booklet has been produced by the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) to clarify regulations for horse owners.
A Guide for Horsebox and Trailer Owners was launched this month by VOSA, with key contents include operator licensing, drivers’ hours and tachographs, roadworthiness, vehicle weights and certificates of competence.
